Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code
Please follow and respect the following rules and regulations:
Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).
-Maintenance: We prioritize emergencies.
-No events, parties, NO pets allowed: Violation fee may apply.
-Unapproved guest, Violation fee may apply.
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed. (Violation fee: $500)
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Additional fees: uncleaned BBQ - $50.
-Violation of rules may result in extra charges or termination of stay.

It slept 8 in Beds, there was a roll away that couldn’t be slept in because it folded in half. The couches sagged. For children it would work. A bathroom door that didn’t close as hinges weren’t fasten. I reported it so I’m sure it’s been fifed. Great pool, great yard!

Great Home for family gathering

We were in Sac to watch our volleyball team play Sacramento state over Thanksgiving so the location was great! We enjoyed the space, large yard with pool and a fully stocked kitchen. It's nicely remodel and clean and close for a quick drive to explore Old Sacramento. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was just what we were looking for! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with large front living room and family room with a nice open kitchen. Kitchen had everything we needed except for cookie sheets for the oven. It could use another mirror or two around the house as well as we had lots of woman trying to get ready at once. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens. Couches were comfortable. Outdoor space was beautiful with a lovely pool. Neighborhood felt safe with a big park a short walk away. A slight smell in the home, maybe a past smoker. Not too bad once you get used to it but a clean home nonetheless. Updated home. We loved it and highly recommend this home.

The house and yard were spacious and very clean. Unfortunately it is listed as a 2 bathroom house and the shower in the master bath did not drain so it was not usable. We contacted the property owners several times in the 6 days we were there and it was never fixed. I suspect this is an ongoing problem that they don’t want to resolve. Also the outlet in the master bathroom did not work either so we could not even use that bathroom to get ready when we were going out. We contacted them about this issue too.
