With 6 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, and 13 beds, there's plenty of room for large families and multigenerational vacations to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and natural habitat, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting that's surprisingly private while remaining just minutes from the beach.

Spacious & Thoughtful Layout:
Boasting 13 beds across six bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, this spacious home was designed with large families in mind. Three private master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are located upstairs, providing a quiet retreat after a fun-filled day. Three additional bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs, and every bedroom features a flat-screen TV.

The spectacular Theater & Arcade Room features a huge projection screen, a classic arcade machine loaded with over 3,000 games—from Pac-Man and Frogger to countless favorites—plus Xbox and Wii gaming systems with more than 100 games. You'll also find a full-size Skee-Ball machine, a dart board, board games, and plenty of seating for everyone.

Outside the game room, enjoy 10 large-screen TVs with cable and Roku, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Your Private Poolside Oasis: The spectacular two-story screened lanai is one of the home's most unique features, letting you enjoy the heated saltwater pool and spa day or night without mosquitoes or biting bugs.

Surrounded by tropical landscaping for added privacy, the pool includes a long submerged sun shelf that's perfect for relaxing. After a swim, unwind in the Jacuzzi, gather around the chiminea for a cozy evening by the fire, or enjoy dinner and drinks on the spacious double-deck lanai.

Minimum Stay Requirement: Due to City of Cape Canaveral regulations, our home is subject to a minimum rental period. If your travel dates don't quite fit that requirement, please contact me before booking. In some cases, I may be able to accommodate your requested dates while remaining compliant with local regulations.

Please Note: The primary renter must be 27 years of age or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. A separate rental agreement is required and will be emailed after your reservation request is accepted.
