Coastal Elegance: Step Into Paradise at Beach Colony's Beachfront Condo!

Gorgeous, well appointed, tasteful. These are all perfect adjectives to describe this 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium at the ever popular gulf-front Beach Colony Resort. The owners truly love their family vacation home and it really shows. PKRM is very excited they have chosen to share it with our guests! If you have been looking for a favorite vacation destination you will want to return to every year, welcome to Beach Colony East 2A!

There are only 4 large condos per floor so the condos feel very exclusive. This end unit in the East tower has extra windows for extra beach views and light, bright rooms. Everyone will be comfortable with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The family room is well appointed with plenty of seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with plush King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The guest room has 2 very comfortable Queen sized beds for comfort and convenience and a full sized bathroom to use. as well. The eat in kitchen is modern and fully equipped. If anyone wants to go to the local seafood market to prepare a gourmet meal, they will have everything they need. If no one wants to cook while on vacation, no worries! There are plenty of terrific local spots right in Perdido Key to choose from and Downtown Pensacola, with more restaurants, attractions and shopping is just a short drive to the East. You can also head West to Orange Beach, Alabama where you'll find even more attractions and great restaurants, too.

Perdido Key' s laid back beach community has lots to do, too. PKRM offers free local adventures via the unique Perdido Keys to Fun program on the Xplorie app. Complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course, local waterway cruises searching for dolphins or admiring sunsets is always fun and a guest can even go deep sea fishing. There are tickets to OWA Amusement Park if anyone wants to take a break from the beach one day, but we understand there's nothing quite like fun in the sun, on a white sand beach with a beautiful blue horizon.

Beach Colony is an amenity rich resort with a boardwalk to the beach, 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, soaking spa, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling areas, secure front gate, private codes for elevators and more. This unit is in the east tower which is where a 1500 SF fitness center, large kidney shaped outdoor pool, and the boardwalk to the beach are located. You might even get lucky and see the Blue Angels fly by on a practice day. This unit will book quickly so make your reservations promptly. The condo is also available for off season rentals and/or extended rentals in the off season. Turn 2A into your home away from home at Beach Colony Resort!

Amazing Views!!!!

We could not have picked a better spot to stay for 5 nights!!! The condo is beautiful and the beach was wonderful! We loved our time on the porch especially soaking in the views!!! This was a great condo for the 6 of us!

Perfect location!!

This condo was perfect for our beach trip! While it is a little older, and is showing some wear, it was very clean and had plenty of room for us! Just a short little walk down the boardwalk to the beach. So close we didn’t even have to pack our lunch, we were able to just go back to the condo! Communication with management team was excellent and they answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location/ Not very clean

Location is great. Condo is spacious and laid out very well. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, cigarette buds all over the bad porch, and hairs in the bathroom. One of the TVs did not work, and plumbing was questionable. Staff slow to respond. Again, nice location but not clean with some maintenance issues.

We’ve stayed at this location before but never this unit. Love the view and layout of the condo. The decor was very tasteful and the perfect spot for entertaining game or movie nights. Beach access easy and the chilled pool was a perfect escape. The only cons were the communication with management and cleanliness. Management texted information and supplied a portal but both forms had different information. We had to make an extra stop to get keys (no keypad entry) and we didn’t get enough for all adults in the unit.It was also not very clean when we arrived. Some towels were obviously assumed clean and folded, but they were not. Dusty fans, toilet seat in the master needed to be replaced, crumbs inside of kitchen cabinets, and obvious dust webs behind tvs and a floor fan. For the amount of , you’d think it would be in top shape. Overall a great place to visit. Small changes would make for a 5 star stay.

Worn Condo

I have already submitted a review with the rental property. The condo was dirty, worn and not updated. The tile floor was broken, shower door didn't work. Patio furniture removed before we arrived and not replaced while we were there. The condo needs TLC. If it had been kept up and updated it would be a nice place to stay; however, I can get much nicer places for the same price. Shower doors, fixtures, were corroded. Kitchen had very few items to cook with. Beds were dirty, and one was damaged. I expected more for $3000
