We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the home was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our large group. The gated parking was an added bonus and made everything so convenient. Everything was exactly as we hoped, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

For a large group or family and excellent place to stay. Right across from the trolley line to take you downtown to any access point you want. Some family members was first time visitors, and they was very impressed with the stay and the City of New Orleans

We had an absolute blast in New Orleans. George was great about getting us all setup and made sure we had what we needed. The place was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 6. We originally had 10 and it would have been still very spacious for us all to hang out.

building is in a "rough" looking neighborhood but don't let that stopyou ! great location, no issues at all, parking and house is enclosed in lock gates. Never felt unsafe, and honestly a lot of places you go in new orleans look rough. Great location, even better location to streetcars, they stop right outside your front door. The chicken spot next door was delicious and open late. House was nice. 5 br/ 5 baths was essential as we were traveling as a group of 5 couples. Had a lot of questions for the host and they always responded very quickly!

Denise, having the streetcar stop right outside the door is exactly the kind of detail that makes a group trip click, and it is great to hear the quick back-and-forth on questions kept everything running smoothly. Five couples in five rooms, with late-night chicken next door, sounds like a proper New Orleans stay. The neighbourhood rewards anyone willing to lean in.

Location

Luxury mini Mansion was located closed to everything the street cart pass by right in front so it was easy to get around the house was very comfortable for our annual couples trip lots of space did not feel crowded with 10 adults.

Nice house in a convenient location

House is very close to the French Quarter and it is an easy and quick trip. All five bedrooms have their own bathrooms and all are spacious and very nice. Everything was clean and in working order. Owner was very responsive and good to work with. We would stay here again in the future.

Overall great experience

The communication from the host was wonderful the whole time. The house was great for multiple couples traveling together. The only problem was the noisy neighbors. Both nights we were there they were partying from 4am-5:30am. The house was so close that we couldn’t avoid hearing all the commotion.
