Amazing Overlook Mtn Cabin Near DT Blue Ridge

3 BR, 3 BA (+ 4 twin bed sleeping loft) spacious mountain cabin w/ breathtaking layered views, only 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge! While outside you can relax by the gas or log fire pit, unwind in the hot tub or dine while overlooking the magnificent Appalachian Mountains. This mountain retreat will give your party plenty of space on any of the three levels which includes a pool table, living area w/ an open floor plan (and updated kitchen) & a bed/bath w/ balconies/views on each floor.

Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with the newly updated kitchen and . There is a king bedroom on this level with a wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and outdoor dining table all with magnificent views.

If you go upstairs you find the newly built loft with 4 twin beds and the master bedroom with a king bed and 55 inch tv. An awesome porch for morning coffee with an incredible view.

If you go downstairs find another 65 inch tv over a fireplace with three full size couches. There is also a new shuffleboard table and a pool table with brand new felt, a 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Walk out the back door to the hot tub or to the two outdoor fire pits and overlook area.

Paved road access all the way up Sunrock Mountain and easily accessed in a 2wd vehicle. There is plenty of paved parking in the driveway for guests.

After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should bever be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
