This adorable pet friendly Cape provides an open floor plan giving it a feeling of a larger home and provides lots of sunlight. Large BR on the first floor and two BRs upstairs. The location offers access to 2 private and 1 public golf course and a nearby town swimming pool. Southbury offers miles of hiking trails, and 2 lakes along with many excellent restaurants!

Great stay, convenient location

We were in town for a family wedding not too far from this house and it was a great stay. Very clean, plenty of space, and pet friendly for our dog. Ryan was a great host and the house suited everything we needed, a great option if you need a place to stay in the area.

Southbury Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a meal, and the yard was a peaceful place to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. We had to work while we were there and had no issues with the internet either.

Five Stars for a Quick Overnight!

This cottage was a life-saver. Had to attend a funeral and needed a place for family (including our dogs) to stay. The cottage seems to be a recent renovation, so it's in really great shape. Lots of room to spread out and many places for family to sleep...and a sizable yard. The host was great and very accommodating. Five stars!
