About this property

Play and stay! Enjoy the outdoors then relax -Private Hot Tub & Sauna. sleeps 12

Spring and Summer in the Southern Utah mountains around Brian Head offers a unique and serene retreat, especially at our cozy getaway. Temps in the 60s during spring and temps in 70s and 80s during the summers are incredible! Brian Head is the perfect way to get a break from the Vegas, Utah, Arizona and So Cal heat.

Perfect Amenities for Ultimate Relaxation - The private hot tub provides a soothing soak amidst the tranquil surroundings. The sauna and steam shower melts away all of your weekday cares, leaving you rejuvenated. The patio facing the pond, park and green slopes is wonderful in the cool evenings.

In spring and summer, the nearby attractions are open and blissfully uncrowded, making for easy and picturesque day trips to:
- Zion National Park
- Bryce Canyon National Park
- Grand Canyon North Rim

Ideal Stopover for Jeep Jamboree and Moab Events - If you're heading to or from the Jeep Jamboree or any of the Moab events, we are the perfect halfway point. Opt for the scenic canyon country backroads instead of the busy I-15 and I-70 routes for a more enjoyable drive.

Best of all... After a day in the outdoors, imagine unwinding by warming up in the personal sauna, sinking into the private jacuzzi or steaming your aches away—yeah, this place has relaxation handled. It’s like having a personal spa, minus the strangers. It gets better…

This place is pretty special. Imagine a place where luxury meets the laid-back charm of mountain life—it's our hidden gem in Brian Head, Utah. Every room is crafted for comfort and every view is a backdrop for memories. It is perfectly placed. yards away from Giant Steps' family activities and mountain biking downhill.

Home Away From Home - We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality, as our family also cherishes time spent here.

Room for 3 cars (or side by sides) and all of your gear - You can leave your car(s) parked, mountain bikes stowed in a safe, spacious, dry, two car garage while you truly getaway from it all in Brian Head. There is a third underground, heated garage space just outside the door.

Privacy Matters. This place isn’t just a run of the mill cramped vacation rental; it’s over 2,600 square feet of *“wow.”* Every aspect is designed with that upscale, cozy vibe you love.

Picture this: You wake up in one of the four lavish bedrooms, stretch out on a bed that feels like a cloud, and step out onto your private balcony to greet the mountains.

Better yet…
You don't get jarred awake by your neighbors because… you have no neighbors!
No one above you or below you, this end unit townhome only shares one very thick wall with an equally well kept townhome unit. Blending the great thing about a cabin (extra space, great views and privacy) with the benefits of a condo (underground parking, snow removal and prime location), this unit is the best value in Brian Head. You will only be bothered by the neighbors you bring with you (AKA Family and Friends).

What are you kids going to do?
You’ve got kids, we’ve got kids, and they all need to be entertained. Between the three TVs and the giant Lovesac in the Game Loft, smart TVs in every room, a brand new park across the street with basketball, there’s enough to keep everyone happy when you're not out adventuring. Best of all… and the wet bar and patio for us grown-ups

Giant Steps Lodge is just steps away and loads up with Summer activities: The best MTB downhill in Utah, chairlift rides, alpine slide, Ziplines, beer, entertainment and more.

Sharing our getaway - Our family loves Brian Head, Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake. We have visited our share of vacation homes, cabins, campgrounds and hotel rooms in the area. When we found this space we found our perfect home away from home. This is not an investment property, we are sharing our favorite getaway.

Family vacations aren’t easy. Knowing where to save some money and where to splurge a little can make all of the difference. So what do you say? Ready to make some unforgettable family memories? I promise, this place is the secret to the grandest Utah adventure you’ll ever have.

We love dogs but even the best behaved Beverly Hills Chihuahua is prone to accidents when left at home all day. There is no yard.

We are a husband and wife that live in Las Vegas but love escaping to Brian Head and Southern Utah. We have been coming to the area with our kids for years! We love fishing in Panguitch during the summers and enjoying the snow in the winters. This is out Home Away From Home. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality, as our family also cherishes time spent here. We understand the importance of an impeccable home-away-from-home, and we've ensured that every detail reflects that understanding.

We travel frequently and rarely use hotels. We rent properties just like these every time we travel. Those stays have informed us. We try to bring our favorite thoughtful touches to your stay.

Why they chose this property

Did we mention the lifts are just steps away?
Sandwiched right between Wildflower and Giant Steps, it is just a short walk to both lifts.
This place is smack in the middle of the action. Close to chairs 1,2, 3, 5 and 8, and a ski shuttle pick up adjacent to the unit to take you to the third lift at Navajo Lodge.

There are more than 800 ski rentals in Brian Head Utah. If you have been searching you have read the same features over and over again.
“Spacious ski in, ski out…”. What they mean is claustrophobic, and stacked with noisy neighbors.
“Private, secluded cabin…” is best translated to “bring a snow shovel, a snowmobile and a stomach for adventure.”
