Charming private room with everything you could need. Perfect location right near south congress but nestled on a quiet side street. Only thing to be aware of is the owner’s living room is on the other side of the wall, so you may hear them from time to time. Great value and i’ll definitely be staying here again.

This place was awesome. It's basically an in-law sweet attached to the back of the house so you go in through the side to the backyard. Size of the unit was perfect for 2 people. We were greeted with wine and some snacks when we got into the unit and there were a lot of bathroom amenities available. It's a block away from all of the fun stuff on Congress Ave such as Allen's Boots, Torchy's Tacos, and a bunch of bars and restaurants including breakfast spots. Being able to wake up and walk a block to grab coffee or matcha tea was so nice. Prime location and it was easy to get around to everything we needed. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Austin.

The little things make a big difference

Loooooved our stay! Would love to stay again, the room so clean and tidy and smells so good!I was so excited to see cotton buds in the bathroom!And needed the aloe Vera lotion, it was there, and a band aid, it was all there. This stay felt so homely and it was in such close proximity to south congress but was so quiet of a night time. Thank you for having us we loved it!

The owners went above and beyond with supplying everything you could possibly need. Beer and wine upon arrival along with nuts/candy, coffee/tea pods, creamer and lots of essentials if needed. The mattress was amazing along with wonderful bedding. We hope to stay here again when we return.

Super cutely furnished guest home was perfectly located for my needs on this trip. It’s super close to congress and tons of great restaurants, it was walking distance to most of what I wanted to check out. I had a wonderful stay here while visiting my daughter. The location of the unit is close to great restaurants and shopping. The unit itself was comfortable, very cute and had every amenity you could want. Extra touches like wine and mixed nuts, as well as travel size toiletries made it extra comfortable and homey. Excellent place to stay!

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was full of light in the daytime and very quiet at night, even though it's just one block from very lively South Congress Avenue. There are lots of places to eat, drink and shop in the area, all in walking distance. The hosts were very discreet and provided excellent instructions in advance of our stay. All in all, it was a great getaway!

This is probably the best VRBO we have stayed in and we are frequent users. Basically one room, but so much to offer. Hostess has almost anything you might need plus extras. She was readily available for any questions or concerns. The deck was great. Great location. Will book again if we return to Austin.
