Renovated beachfront condo, spectacular Gulf views

This Pelican Beach Resort, 1st floor, 1 bedroom, two bathroom fully renovated ocean front condo (sleeps 6) has spectacular unobstructed panoramic views of the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, Emerald Coast. It has been fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, brand new cool gel memory foam mattresses etc. We also provide a washer/dryer set inside the unit, which is a very rare amenity for one bedroom Pelican condos.

Pelican Beach Resort is right on the beach. You do not need to cross any roads. Just go downstairs, and step on the white sand beach of Emerald Coast.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with tub and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with brand new, stainless steel appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

Convenience is a big factor for us since we have two children. There are plenty of activities around for all ages and many shops are conveniently located (Whole foods, Walmart, outlet mall to name a few). In this condo we focus on things that are important for us when we travel with our two children.
