Camila Residence (House Nº 10) located in the hard of the Hotel Zone, is one of exclusive properties in a condominium with private pool, with an excellent decoration and environment. With a waterfall, jet tubes, bar, TV and a fantastic sundeck, will be your place to have an excellent vacation with your friends and family.
The Villa is 3660 sq ft, in 3 levels, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 master suites), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning. Living room and dining room decorating with high level furniture's, leather coaching, table glass, etc..
The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis & basketball courts and beautiful tropical gardens. Located within walking distance to shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) night clubs, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.

Yes, the place is part of a gated, well maintained courtyard. The area around the deck and pool felt like a nice little secret garden. We appreciated the roomy and tastefully furnished main floor and the nice balconies overlooking the courtyard. With four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, it allowed us to share the place with our daughter and husband.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel the host and his beautiful house in Cancun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and the house is exactly as described, plus the amazing beach is at the most 40 steps from the front door and there was no issue feeling safe in Cancun as the house is in a gated community with Security always on duty.

Place was great for a large family! The beach and nice restaurants were about a 5 minute walk as well as a corner store/pharmacy and a massage place. A huge supermarket was a 3 uber ride away. It had everything we needed to cook. The stairs are steep/narrow, so limited mobility people might have trouble. But the main floor has a room with 2 beds that worked perfectly for our parents.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.

We have rooms on each level, so if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, there is a bedroom on the main floor with a private full bathroom. This level also includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, two terraces, and one with a BBQ. The house is equipped with beach chairs, and yes, you will need to bring them with you when you go to the beach. The supermarket is located four blocks from the house, on the first floor of Plaza Kukulcán. Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.
