About a 10-15 minute drive to most down town area. A good place to land for the evening and be out and about during the day.

Could use second comfortable chair in bedroom, and an upgrade of kitchen table and chairs to make it truly make for a truly comfortablecomfortale
Very nice. The only thing I would've wanted was bigger chairs and larger shower.I'm a big guy. That's just me not everything can be for me.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I’m glad you found the place very nice, and sorry the chairs and shower felt too small — that can be uncomfortable. We appreciate the note and hope to host you again.

Good and bad during our stay:Location is awesome - parking on the street was easy and the drive into downtown was about 10 minutes. Amity Coffee is next door - I’d highly recommend - great drinks and baked treats. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped.For us, the bedroom and bathroom were less than desirable. The bed creaks every time you move. Shifting in bed, getting out of bed, climbing in - creak, creak, creak. It wasn’t the best rest. And the shower experience was bad. I’m 6’0” about 190 lbs. I could barely move in that thing. Add to that, there’s no shelving for the soap and shampoo. You’re left to delicately balance bottles on the top edge of the shower or awkwardly lower yourself to the bottles on the floor - literally a vertical squat as there’s no room to lean over. Again, great location and clean, but we will choose a different spot when we return to Duluth.
