Remodeled Hot Tub Home Near Heavenly Village, Chairlift and Lake-Sleeps 9 Max
Cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath home with 6 person hot tub on the back deck and separate living room with a pool table downstairs. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have a 70" smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook. The house is just over 1 mile to the casinos and Heavenly village. Two blocks down the street is Clydes Coffee Roasting Company, a great local coffee shop with fresh baked goods. The Gondola in Heavenly Village, Stagecoach chairlift , many restaurants and nightlife are within 2 miles of the house. Tahoe lake and Nevada Beach are just down the street. There are great mountain biking trails that are an easy ride from the house. The house sits on just under an acre of land, so plenty of room to enjoy. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and new tiled bathrooms with heated floors in each bathroom. The driveway into the property is long with a slight slope and 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains are highly recommended during the winter snow months. The property does have a snow removal service for the driveway, but continued snow fall and ice patches could still cause difficulties getting in and out without chains or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
Just added a New EV (Electric Vehicle) Charger in Garage and RV electric hook up on side of house.
The home has security cameras outside only. One which views the front of the house, another on the side of the house, another on the back deck and one in the back of the house. The cameras are used for security measures only and the owner highly respects all guests privacy. If guests wish further privacy during hot tub use, the owner can be contacted and the camera can be temporarily moved.
Due to the snow levels and freezing temps during the winter, the grill is not serviced during the winter and decks are not shoveled. However, there are shovels in the garage, and guest are welcome to use them to clear the decks or use the grill. Propane tanks are provided for the grill.
All trash must be bagged and placed in bear box at the top of the driveway.
Considering that your reservations are non-refundable within the cancelation policy, I advise guests to get travel insurance, especially during the winter months as storms could prevent travel.
Per Douglas County Ordinance:
Maximum nighttime occupancy is 8 adults plus 2 additional guests who are 18 yrs of age or younger.
Maximum daytime occupancy is 20.
Gathering and events that exceed the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
The maximum number of vehicles is 4.
Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles.
Renters and their guests must only park in designated parking areas, and the failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
Note: Please understand that neighbors may alert authorities who could issue fines to guests found to be in violation. Furthermore, in an effort to preserve the permit issued for the house, the owner reserves the right to asks guests to leave should such violations occur.
The house was designed for comfort and to maximize social gatherings with family and friends. I highly enjoyed changing the look and feel of the home, and hope my efforts are able to create a comfortable and pleasant stay for all.

I am originally from Philadelphia Pennsylvania (Lansdale), and moved to Sarasota, Florida when I was 13 years old. Left Florida for Law School in Los Angeles, but moved back shortly after and opened my own criminal defense firm. I live most of the year on Siesta Key beach in Sarasota, and began hosting my home there on VRBO in 2015. I really enjoy sharing my home there with guests and receiving great feedback on the amenities I created. Throughout the years I have come to Lake Tahoe for snowboarding on Heavenly mountain, and the festivities in Heavenly Village and the casinos. I began looking for a property here in 2022, and finally found the perfect home near Heavenly Village, bike trails, the lake and my favorite chair lifts (with more usable land than any other house I looked at). Although the home itself needed extensive remodeling, I enjoyed creating the home that provides a cozy, yet spacious environment that I could enjoy with my friends and family and share with others. I am constantly adding and improving the home, and always look for comments to make the home even more enjoyable. I love escaping the Florida summer to visit the house when it is not rented, and coming up for snowboarding during the winter season. I hope my feelings about the home are shared with all my guests, and I always welcome any feedback for improvement.
Why they chose this property
The location of the house is so convenient to all the amenities South Lake Tahoe has to offer, and is lower on the mountain to make access to the home much easier during the winter snow months. I also enjoy the large lot that makes the home feel more like an estate than just another home in the neighborhood. The house itself just under 2,200 square feet is just large enough to host my friends and family, but small enough to feel cozy and comfortable.
