This vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience memorable. Featuring over 2000 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, or in the master soaker bathtub for two. Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.
Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 55' Smart TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 50' Smart TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Connolly beach is 1 mile away and you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, para sail, and more. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Yes Colleen was quick to respond to our question as we had to navigate a snow storm. Having the big backyard was a highlight for our grandkids who loved playing in the snow. Heated floors were really nice to have.

House was clean, spacious, and well laid out for multiple groups traveling together. Hot tub was great. Only note is that not a ton is provided. Very minimal seasonings, no extra blankets, and nothing for accommodating infants. Not necessarily a negative (hence the 5 star review) but something I’d want to be aware of before booking in comparison to other places we have stayed. We had a great time here and the location couldn’t be better. Things for everyone to do with the casinos, ski resorts, grocery stores, and restaurants all very close. Also, we were there right after a snow storm and the house was easily accessible.

Home could be cleaner..pictures do it justice. Throw rugs were worn, torn and filthy. No curtains on main floor so no privacy. Backyard fencing was missing boards or sections completely laying on the ground. Neighbors homes were mixed…with the living room view being neighbors PODS and junk being your view. Was nice having the pool table in the great room for the four of us, and the hot tub was clean. Pricey for what it was for sure.

Great South Lake Tahoe visit!

The house was great! Easily accessible from town and plenty of space for all of us. The layout was perfect for our group with the common area and the pool table.

Very close to town. Awesome Jacuzzi set up that was clean and reliable. Overall an awesome place to stay for a family or group. 4 min to heavenly valley ski resort too.

We just love spending time up here with our family. We really enjoy the location close to all the casinos, ski resorts, lake, and plenty or great places to eat and shop. The weather is always perfect and you can't beat the scenery. We hope you enjoy our home and get as much out of it as we do.
