About this property

Lakeshore Lodging Cabins

Our cabins were built in 2021 on the shore of Homer’s only authentic working floatplane base.

Each cabin is well appointed with an open concept floor plan complete with a luxurious king bed, gas log fireplace, large screen smart TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.

Each cabin has its own washer and dryer and a private bathroom with deluxe shower and big fluffy towels and private parking spots for one or two vehicles. The sofa converts to a queen bed, perfect for the kids or a teen. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the gorgeous stone countertop while preparing a meal or some snacks.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great and the cabin was very spacious. I enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch every day! The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit.

Beautiful cabin with a nice gas fireplace. The aroma of the real wood was fantastic when entering the property. Great location between the spit, and grocery store.

Perfect Little Getaway

The cabin was cozy and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Close to hiking trails, Homer Spit and grocery store. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for fun and adventure in Alaska!

Wonderful cabin

We found this cabin so delightful! It is much bigger than it appears in the photos, had all the conveniences (full kitchen, laundry) and the bed was so comfortable. The check-in was a breeze. Kids found the floatplanes landing and taking off at the Beluga lake especially fun. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful place and great location. Lots of noise with the float planes. Not a problem for us. The bed was a little noisy because the one side I do believe was broke.

Beautiful place. Even though we only stayed one night, used washer/dryer. Had everything one might need (soap, dryer sheet, etc). Coffee machine, coffee pods provided. Very clean, loved personal touches (great shampoo, soap, etc in pretty dispensers). Pretty location on the lake where the float planes come and go. Ample parking.

Great stay! Wouldn’t change anything other than host should consider people may have allergies to fragrances. Maybe use more fragrance free cleaners and shy away from leaving scented anything! The cabin has so much wood on the interior, it would be better to smell that than some fragrance. Thanks for a nice nights stay!
