Relaxing Family Fun w/pool, fire pit & boat parking in Lake Havasu!

Explore Lake Havasu during the day, then relax by the pool, bbq some grub, sit by the fire... or have a family game night! In this home there are games, books, and hopefully everything you need to enjoy your time here. Room darkening curtains in every bedroom make for a good night's sleep after a day on the lake or trail! Short ride to London Bridge & Downtown Havasu City. Plenty of fenced boat or RV parking. Take a day trip to Oatman Ghost Town and see the wild burros, or head up to Laughlin and try your luck at the casinos! No stairs to enter this comfy home on a quiet street, walk in shower in the master bathroom which is on the opposite side of the house from other bedrooms for multi generation traveling! Washer and dryer on site, large closets and 3 smart TVs for your viewing pleasure :). We hope you have a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Comfortable Home

We felt very comfortable like being at home but cleaner and everything in it's place. Coffe maker worked great with everything at our fingertips, didn't need to look for anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Came into town with my family for a weekend at the river found this amazing place by chance and glad that we did. Backyard is amazing and great for kids and family to hang out l, The inside is even better with places for the kids to play in a large family room can’t ask for anything more. if you’re looking for a place to stay. Make this it!

Comfort & Adventure Awaits

We loved our stay at this Lake Havasu home! Perfectly located, it's a short ride to London Bridge and downtown, with fenced parking for boats or RVs. The house is a cozy haven - room-darkening curtains in each bedroom ensured restful sleep after days exploring the lake or trails. The master bedroom's walk-in shower and privacy were a plus. Outside, the pool and fire pit area are fantastic for relaxation or BBQ evenings. The home's thoughtful touches like games, books, and 3 smart TVs added to our enjoyment. We even ventured to Oatman Ghost Town and Laughlin for day trips. In sum, it's an ideal spot for a comfortable, adventurous getaway in Lake Havasu!

We are new hosts, natives of San Diego, California who have enjoyed the river and desert since childhood... When the opportunity to purchase a home in Havasu came up, we were really excited! We have 3 kids and have lots of animals at home. We hope to spend many fun days here and that you and your family will do the same when we can't be here :) Thanks so much for choosing to stay, our hope is to build a community of people who will return to this place year after year and make awesome memories as we hope to do! Have fun!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it was clean and quiet, near the Highway for easy access in and out of town, and the neighbors are very nice so please be nice to them :)
We wanted a nice home with a pool in a safe area for our family and friends to enjoy. It is exactly that so far!

What makes this property unique

This home is not the biggest, the grandest or fanciest but it is simple, open floor plan, has everything we need including a large fenced boat parking area, 2 boats could fit inside with plenty of parking left out front. It backs up to a Wash so is more quiet than other homes, most furnishings are newer because we started from scratch. We hope it has everything you need! The pool supposedly cools in the summer so you can actually get in, we haven't been here through a summer so we shall test it as soon as the weather warms up!
