Please return all yard furniture to its original location, lower all umbrellas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you are considering this place, book it! Its clean, peaceful, and beautiful! The outdoor space was our favorite! We thoroughly enjoy the pool and hot tub, and there were plenty of floaties! Our host was very communicative and quick to respond to questions! We would love to book again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice and clean! Extra stars for allowing dogs without a weight limit. We visit Havasu often and will be booking again in the future.

Great house felt clean and comfortable

This was a great house. There was lots of things to enjoy whether it was the Pac-Man arcade in the garage or the swimming pool outside. It was very cozy. Very cute very clean. We enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful family getaway

We had a great time with our adult children, their significant others and our two dogs. The house was very comfortable and nicely appointed, and everyone loved the backyard and game room. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner was very responsive. We all wished we had an extra day to enjoy this great property.

Great relaxing place to stay

This home is situated in a very quiet but friendly neighborhood. The home was very well kept and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking pots, pans, and silverware. The beds were comfortable and the space was enough to allow us to get away from each other if we wanted. The pool and spa were incredibly relaxing during the heat of the day or after the sun went down. We didn’t use the game room but that was a really nice addition, especially with an included Xbox. House is close to ATV trails. Be aware the driveway is quite steep and of your trailer is more than 16-18’ long you will find it a challenge to get the trailer up the driveway and turned 90 degrees to park along the garage. Street parking is allowed we were told. Great place that we would stay at again if we come back to the area. Thank you for letting us use your home for our vacation!!
