The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

With a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront balcony, this villa is just steps to the beach and oceanfront pool. It is ideally located to help make your vacation enjoyable and memorable! This fourth floor villa, accessible by elevator, was completely renovated in November, 2014. Renovations included granite counter-tops, an enhanced open floor plan and new furnishings, flat screen TV’s and artwork. The freshly painted villa comfortably, ideal for a couple with a king size bed in the bedroom. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.

Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside bar and Grill and Starbucks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great to be back in the Dunes again. Condo was lovely. A1 management. Liked the layout of the unit. Yes I would recommend to others but have kept my mouth shut the last while cause we just want to relax and enjoy not have all these people saying what are you guys or we doing today. Mind you wasn’t so bad this year. We’ve spent a lot of years there and love it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Villa 407 is a little gem. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the beach, but within easy walking distance to the nearby restaurants and shops at Coligney Plaza. The property management staff are very helpful offering suggestions for things to see and do while staying in Hilton Head. We would highly recommend both the unit and the property management company.

We enjoyed our stay view was awesome. When we arrived on Saturday we could immediately see the floor had not been cleaned had a good amount of dust and dirt on it. The silverware was dirty as well as pots and pans. I notified Vacation Time of Hilton Head and she did offer to send a cleaning crew out but we declined due to already occupying the condo. I did mention the silverware being unsanitary and she did not have a response. We had already purchased plastic silverware and paper plates before our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo could use some upgrades.
