Piermont Waterfront Villa! Sleeps up to 16 adults Luxuriously and In Style

Bring your friends & family together at this one of kind waterfront mansion! This spectacular contemporary home sits in downtown historic Piermont. Just 18 miles from NYC, the open concept living space offers a quick getaway opportunity for anything and everything. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, this house can sleep a maximum of 16 adults. The sliding glass wall system allows for indoor-outdoor experience for all our guests, while the large backyard sits on the Hudson and offers a BBQ and room for the kids to play.

The space:

This 3,700 square foot home is a 3 minute walk from downtown Piermont shops and restaurants. The lower level has a huge open concept living space, with a sleek Italian kitchen that boasts luxury appliances but comfy furniture to relax and unwind. You'll look out through the glass wall system that opens the space to a beautiful river front deck and yard. Great for a BBQ, family reunion or just a romantic weekend away. The lower level also has a movie room and a laundry room.

The primary bedroom is equipped with two Queen beds and a one of a kind split bathroom, with a his and her shower, toilet and vanity. The primary bedroom opens to the large deck overlooking the Marina on the Hudson River. Our guest room downstairs has a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms that can be set up and arranged to your liking, and the fourth room with 2 bunk beds. Want single beds for the kids? No problem! Want king beds for couples? No problem! Let us know your preference and we'll have the rooms ready for you, however you prefer! Each bedroom shares a bathroom with a toilet, vanity and shower/bath. There's also an outdoor patio with turf, perfect for morning yoga, afternoon sun or a quiet space away from the family.

Please note that Piermont's fire horn is located 50 yards from the property. The fire horn sounds whenever the Fire Dept. gets a call for fire or ambulance, so it could be anytime. You should expect this horn may sound occasionally during your stay.

Guest access:

The entire house is yours! Once your booking is confirmed, we will give you a code for the front door so you can come and go as you please!
