In our newly designed home, enjoy a coffee while taking in the waterfront sunrise, or make memories with family & friends around our firepit, enjoying some complimentary wine as the sun sets. Our home has it all: A game room, heated pool/spa, large patio with a grill & firepit, fishing poles, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, a large living room, TVs in each bedroom, board games for rainy days, as well as a high chair, pack n' play, and baby gate!

This beautiful home is just a short drive away from everything Tampa has to offer, while also delivering the quiet tranquility of a high-end suburban environment. If you treat our home and neighbors with respect, we will take great care of you during your stay with us. At no point, is anyone beyond the persons in the authorized group allowed in the home without explicit host permission. There will be no tolerance of excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings/parties. If complaints are received, you may be subject to cancellation without refund. With all of that being said, if you're cool, so are we :)

Guests will have full access to this amazing home, including the kayaks, paddle board, and fishing poles. There is also a two-stall garage and additional parking in the driveway.

-The Pool and Spa are scheduled for treatment once per week on Thursday depending on the weather. This is to ensure that the water is clean and well-maintained during your stay.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Our home is nestled in a cove on coveted Lake Carroll, situated in a suburban neighborhood cul-de-sac just north of downtown Tampa. The private backyard has access to the dock and lake itself with neighbors on either side; so we ask that you be respectful of your fellow neighbors! City ordinance requires outdoor noise be cut off after the hours of 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.

**A waiver must be signed in order to utilize the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, and other water toys. If you would like to use these free amenities, simply let your Host know upon booking, and a Rental Agreement will be sent for signature to the person making the reservation.**

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- When you activate the spa with the egg timer, it will take some time, but it will heat to 104 degrees.
- If you would like us to heat the pool, please let us know as early as possible so we can have the pool heated at the time of your arrival. We are happy to offer pool heat at a rate of $25 per day!
- 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and fishing poles and a tackle box are free for your use, once our waiver has been signed.
