Perfect location as only a couple of streets over from Isla Verde with coffee shops, restaurants, super mart, etc. Also within walking distance to beautiful Carolina Beach. This studio apartment is very clean and exactly as posted. Don't be surprised to have a rooster waking you up at 7:00 a.m. which was pretty cool. The host Anthony quickly responds to any questions you may have. Great stay for 2 nights before a cruise.

Just what we needed, cozy apartment close to highway, restaurants and beach. Nice place to come and rest after a day of exploring. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great.

Very comfortable, very well located, and with excellent parking. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has hot water and great water pressure. The TV is at a good angle from the bed as well for chilling after a long day of walking. There are also a lot of businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend.

Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple, we were there for the SANSE, the place was very clean, pictures are exactly what the place is. Restaurant are with walking distance or you can Uber which is also very convenient. The neighbors are very nice. Will definitely go there again.

Great place to sleep at. We were out and about during the days, and staying here was great as we only needed a place to sleep at. Convenient access to beach, Old San Juan and other places. Recommend!
