WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Recently remodeled studio with one King bed and two recliners. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Stunning view!

Wonderful view of the ocean! Room is cute and tropical. Great neighborhood with stores and restaurants. 5 minutes from airport. Wonderful and communicative host. Pool is out of commission but this is not in hosts conrol..view and beach on your door step makes it worth it.

Right on the Beach

We stayed for a week for a wedding. The view from from the patio was a million dollar view. We enjoyed sitting out in the early morning and evening. The place was well equipped including the kitchen. The beach is right there. Just walk out the back of the property and your on the beach. I would suggest if the beach is where you will be bring your own beach towels. Also great communication with the owner. When I had any questions, I could just text her. And she would answer me quickly. I would definitely stay here again.I would stay here again

Wow, this place was awesome and our view was unbeatable. This property is undergoing some renovations, but it did not affect our stay at all. The beach was right in front of the building, and a beautiful beach it was. There’s a really nice grocery store a couple of blocks away and lots of dining options nearby. Id stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everything about this property is spectacular beginning with the location, view, amenities, convenience, you name it, it's got it. I can honestly say this has been one of the best vacations I've had mostly due to all of the above mentioned. I will absolutely recommend this rental and hope to come back and book this rental again!

A quick trip to San Juan

I live in Fajardo and had a friend in town for two weeks. Instead of ubering to San Juan to hang out, we decided to stay over night to enjoy. ESJ and this unit was perfect. Close to everything you need, food, beach, exercise. I will remember this if I decide to do it again!

Owner A+ Property not so much

Our owner was top shelf very attentive very nice apartment all the little things that make it a nice place to stay she would get our highest personal recommendation now as a relates to the Saint Clair not so much the elevators on the water side in, and out of service Off and on over two weeks, Pool not up and running, no communication with desk during area wide blackout ,lock to beach malfunctioned as was the closed bathroom in lobby at least 3 days, hot water inconsistent every day from too hot to too cold…bath the.lobby was well maintained. In the final analysis if you have a good owner you’ll have a good apartment the hotel part is probably where most of the negativity is coming from. We really recommend our owner Isabel but the Saint Clair can be a detriment to any vacation

Great location, Great staff, Incredible view!

The property is exactly as listed. Upon entering the studio, you lose your breath at the incredible view, it truly is spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking too. Great for photo opts! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils also available. The studio is very clean and organized. Perfect for two people but accommodates four. The terrace was great for morning breakfast with coffee and for enjoying a glass of wine of two in the evening. Now for the location itself: It is 7 minutes from the airport; Ms. Martinez emails you a detail and helpful list of instructions prior to your arrival that make the check in process a breeze. The staff at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The persons working at the pool, the beach entrance, and over the entire building, were so nice. If you want a cocktail, like a “real” cocktail, the bartenders definitely know their stuff, don’t be afraid to ask, they will make it if they got it!!! There are tons of food options; it really just depends on your mood. If you decide to cook, there is a supermarket 10 min walk less than 5 if you drive; take the street that leads behind Chilis. A shopping cart is available too which is great, you will not need multiple trips, get it all at once. CVS, Walgreens within walking distance, 24 hr pizzeria, and car rentals everywhere just in case you decide to take a day trip. Thank you Ms. Martinez for you hospitality, and quick response to any questions asked. I hope to return soon. It was a memorable trip, as always! SEE YOU SOON!

Had such a wonderful time!!! So much just with in walking distance. We always get a rental car so parking was imported for us. There was a parking garage with a reserved space which was nice and convenient. Old San Juan was less then a 15 minute drive and the Airport is within a 10 minute drive. Beaches were clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean. There were bath and beach towels provided and well as extra blankets. This is a great place for a relaxing and romantic getaway!

Im very familiar with ESJ towers having stayed there multiple time in prior years. Isabel's place was very well-cleaned, with amazing view.She had everything you would need. I would say the only small issue was the hvac system located in balcony made it almost impossible to enjoy the outside area. Too bad cause its really is an amazing view from the top floor!

We were here for a family wedding. It was such a cozy place to stay. Our favorite was have the big glass windows in the living room. It had an amazing view of the lake. Everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Beach Option

Loved the proximity to the beach. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area but it’s only a short ride (10-15 min) to Old San Juan. The place itself was clean and the view was incredible. Would definitely recommend if you’re planning to visit Luquillo/El Yunque as it’s little bit closer of drive than OSJ area.

I am a retired school teacher living in South Riding Virginia this property in PR is my second home and my favorite unit when I come to PR.

Why they chose this property

This property is my favorite because of its full kitchen and its balcony, witch unlike other properties in the building, is free of the noisy air conditioning compressor. This allows you to use the full space of the balcony for your comfort.

What makes this property unique

Aside from a compressor free balcony, the view of this unit is to the west side of the building. This is the best view of the building and is in fact the iconic view of Isla Verde.
