The second level includes a second entertaining space, as well as the primary suite. The third level is a secret loft, accessed with a ladder. This lovely space can be used as a yoga and meditation space, or to gather with your group to talk or play board games. As you enter through the front door, you'll see the laundry room and the garage access door. The laundry has a new washer and dryer to help you feel at home. The second guest bedroom features two sets of bunk beds with extra pillows for ultimate comfort. Past the bedrooms is another full bathroom, with a step-in shower and dual vanity.

The main living room, kitchen, and dining area receive ample natural light from the oversized windows, showcasing the stunning mountain views. The kitchen is all new, combining sleek design and convenience. The eight-foot waterfall counter island functions as a cooking and gathering space, with additional seating for four. We have all new stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, typical small appliances you'd expect at home, and much more. The gorgeous new dining table that comfortably seats eight with bench sitting. The living room includes a new leather sofa, two accent chairs, and a natural gas fireplace. There is also a dedicated workspace, with a desk and comfortable chair, in case you'd like to bring your laptop or work remote. This space features 30-foot ceilings. Skylights illuminate the modern decor and immerse you in natural light.

DECK/HOT TUB
The living room leads to the deck, where you'll be greeted with amazing mountain views, the lounge chairs, and the private hot tub, which sits 6-7 people.

The second entertainment area is upstairs, and includes a smart flatscreen TV, a foosball table, an arcade game table, and a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed.
