The house was nice. I really was looking forward to sitting on the balcony in the mornings. It was sad to say, but the balcony was not clean before we got there, so it was not very inviting on the balcony of the master bedroom

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the home and apologize that the master bedroom balcony was not as clean as it should have been. We understand how disappointing that was, especially since you were looking forward to enjoying your mornings there. We’ll be sure to address this with our cleaning team. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention!
