A drive down the road takes you to Springer Mountain where the beginning of the famous Appalachian Trail starts or the Benton MacKaye Trail.

No pets allowed anywhere on the premises. Damage deposit of $200 will be collected and you will be required to leave the property immediately.
No parties allowed, only 2 people may occupy the residence unless arrangements have been made with the owner about additional people visiting!

Great house for a getaway! Private, secluded mountain home. Perfect for relaxing and recharging. Kitchen was well stocked, tv for watching the football game, great views! We didn’t use the fireplace but it would have been cozy if the weather was cooler. No issues or complaints at all! Would love to stay again.

This was a very nice house in a secluded area. Definitely a drive to get to most anywhere. All in all a great week to stay up in the mountains, especially coming from the flatlands of Florida.
