About the host
Hosted by Gary Bortner

I'm from the Midwest originally. Then moved to Northern California, then moved back to the Midwest for work with a short detour on the East Coast (DC). I'm in MN now. Nice people, but the winter sucks, so I'm working my way back to CA. Currently, I live here in the winter, and rent the house out the rest of the year (so this is my house and not just a rental).
Why they chose this property
I picked Santa Rosa because it's the largest town in the area and has the most stuff to do.
I picked this neighborhood because it's close to town, and has easy access to restaurants, breweries, and 101.

What makes this property unique
I think being close to stuff is a standout. I live here part year and it's what attracted me. The house is nicely laid out and has everything you need while on vacation - Central air, deck, hot tub, etc. As a smaller property, I am able to offer an in town location at a lower price than other, larger 4 bedrooms.
