Sunny 3 bedroom, family and pet friendly pool home

It doesn’t get any better than this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom pool home located in a family friendly neighborhood minutes from Florida’s gorgeous gulf beaches. Stay in and enjoy a relaxing day in your private yard swimming in the pool, or head to downtown St Pete or Tampa to see a game or visit the aquarium, both within 30 minutes of the house. The pool is not heated but we do provide big floaties to enjoy the pool in the cooler months . The house has a fully stocked kitchen plus propane grill that make prepping meals a breeze. Well behaved canine companions welcome for a fee. Host Chris is fully available to all guests 24-7 and can be reached via phone (call or text) or through the app. It is our priority that you have the best possible experience!
As noted above , the owner may be on property in a full fenced in camper (you will still have total privacy). Please let us know what we can do to make your stay completely amazing

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When checking out just gather all towels and put them next to washer. Make sure all dishes are loaded in dishwasher and started . Will put them away. Throw away all items in frig and any personal item
Shut off all lights , lock door and put down all umbrellas after use. Any beds used just take the top sheet and pull towards end of bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet family neighborhood and to respect our neighbors and home there are absolutely ZERO parties allowed at this property at ANY TIME.
The ONLY people on site should be those communicated about with the hosts prior to booking. The hosts are regularly in the area .
If you do not follow these rules you will be removed from the property immediately. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Great place to stay in Seminole Fl

We had a fantastic time at Chris's place. Everything was clean and he was very easy to get ahold of( not that we needed him). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Perfect home away from home, so clean and beautifully decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Chris is an amazing host and provided everything you could possibly need including great recommendations to local restaurants all centrally located & my favorite, the beach is only 10 minutes away!!

The property was just as described. Very comfortable stay and close to everything you could ever need. Communication before and during our stay was great, host answered all of our questions right away. Host was very hospitable and friendly. Looking forward to planning another trip!

Great place close to the beach

This is a Great house close to the beaches and shopping. The Host Chris is fantastic, the home is spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need and a nice pool. Very nice quiet neighborhood is great for taking walks and there is a big park nearby with 2 miles of walking trails. I can’t recommend this place enough, I would definitely book again.

Nice play to stay

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at this property in Seminole. Chris is a nice host and communicated well. The home was as advertised; well decorated, comfortable, and clean upon arrival. All the beds were comfy and some amenities were included such as propane for the grill, toilet paper, and other basic supplies. The only issue we had was not being able to enjoy the pool very much as it was dirty from rain/windy weather and didn't get cleaned until the afternoon on the last full day we were there. Everything else was great.

Host Chris: best hospitality & tips in town !

My dog Apollo and I had an amazing stay at Chris’s House. He told us where all the beautiful parks, bars, restaurants and beaches (which were all dog friendly). He also offers dolphin tours and sand bar hangouts on his boat for a small fee. We relaxed in his in backyard pool after a long day of sight seeing. House has plenty of room for two couples with the open spilt floor plan. Definitely highly recommend ! Normally I’d say I’d definitely be back next year, but it will certainly be before then ! Thanks Chris !

Great time

Had a great time staying at this house. Pool was perfect size. House layout was fantastic and easily manageable (esp for senior parents) we were 5-10 min from a 5 guys & Starbucks. Any questions we set over, Chris responded asap. Checked in see if we needed anything. Was easy and great to work with. Great spot for a dog, backyard neatly kept, lights everywhere. Great size kitchen, was just big enough to do everything we needed to do, and small enough there were too many cooks in there. 30 min from the beach and marina. Great little spot to eat there. (Side note The strip is gettin renovated by mega resorts, places to eat over there have 8-12 parking spaces so beware. )Would def come back. Really just appreciated being able to get away for the first time in 2 years and thankful we found Chris and this spot. Will def come back.

This property is not like your other Airbnb's where you get the bare minimum of supplies. This comes with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can need to bake cook seasonings along with plenty of toiletries, games, sheets, blankets, and if there's ever anything you don't have, we will get.
