31 DAYS MINIMUM STAY. Fully furnished six beds (3 kings, 1 queen, a murphy bed and a sleepr sofa), four bedrooms plus a rec room with the sleeper sofa and murphy bed in it, three bath circa 1951 house in Savannah with a high speed mesh Internet system supported by a comcast business modem, the fastest they offer. 4 TVs in each bedroom plus onne in the living room, security system, Generac electrical Back-up-generator. Lots of covered outdoor space and uncovered seating in back and a fire-pit for the winter months. New appliances, 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, hood vent and two stacked washer/dryer sets.

Great Place

The rental property was exactly what we needed. Ron was very helpful and the back up gen made it nice during the 2 hurricanes

Why they chose this property

I love Gordonston, having been introduced to the neighborhood when I first moved to Savannah in 1990. I used to work for the nursery that was located directly behind this property. They tore all the greenhouses down in the early 00s and slowly built what is now known as the Gordonston Bungalows.

What makes this property unique

Lots of King size beds, five TVs and great wifi throughout the house! Lots of natural light and plenty of outdoor space plus a great floor plan all on one level, almost 2000 square feet! Very close to downtown Savannah.
