Beach House Stay

My family and I had a great stay at the beach house. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax. Having the live music right next door was great. With windows shut you could barely hear the music but we had windows open most of the time. Highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful and clean. Had towels on every bed at check for our stay beautifully laid out. Close to the ocean and to the board walk, restaurants and shops. The first day our coffee maker stopped working the younger owner brought a new one with in few hours, but in tow was his father, I’m assuming a co-owner? But one of our grandbabies must of turned the outside light on by accident and as I was talking to the younger guy the father interrupted and told me I needed to turn that light out, but this wasn’t our last turn off with this older owner he came up and was very rude about how we had our cars parked and demanded we were to move them right then and going off about the rules to be behind the line and to be back further with our second vehicle. We thought we were back far enough because there was trash cans behind our sons truck and he didn’t want to hit those and not have them scratch his new truck with the cans getting them out on trash day. After that we felt like we were being watched of our every move this week at the house. it was very off putting to say the least. For this reason we would not rent again from this owner, if we were going to go back to Hampton Beach,NH. The older guy was just rude!. His son was awesome and was very helpful with the coffee pot.

Best location on the beach

Location, location, location!! This house is perfectly located, absolutely everything is a short walk away. Our group ranged from 75 to 4 years old and everyone had an amazing time. The house is very large, so everyone had plenty of space. No one felt on top of each other. 3 bathrooms made getting ready super easy. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, we made several meals at home. The host was also super responsive. The AC in the primary bedroom died and they replaced it same day. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Up-to-Date Big Beach House

Huge Beach house completely updated in terms of decor and appliances - not your typical Hampton rental. Great layout in terms of bedrooms and a large 3rd floor loft sleeping space. Master bedroom and bath provide a nice retreat. All appliance up-date, cookware dinner ware and glassware were provided. Good communication with owner/host through the process. The fenced in backyard if you are bringing your pups was so nice compared to the need in other places to get them on a harness and find place to walk them. Perfect location with access to beach and McGuirks. In terms of McGuirks note you will be treated to the live band on Friday and Saturday nights with proximately to the stage. We enjoyed the music and it always shut down by 11:15 pm but something to be aware of.
