Beautiful single family home with heated pool on a large private landscaped lot in desirable Foxfire Golf and Country Club community. Home amenities include a custom kitchen, expanded pool area with granite outdoor kitchen/bar area, outdoor shower, three full bathrooms, marble floors, carpeted bedrooms, large circular driveway and landscape lighting. Impeccably maintained and well equipped.

The home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and crown molding and is tastefully decorated in the Tommy Bahama style. Great for entertaining, the kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters, under cabinet lighting, and a center island with bar stools. The kitchen flows into the adjacent great room with a dining area which comfortably seats eight. The great room features a 50” TV / DVD / surround sound system.

During the day, enjoy a swim in the pool or unwind in one of the four chaise lounges while relaxing to the sound of the two pool fountains. In the evening, dine in the covered lanai while watching the sunset or entertain friends at the outdoor kitchen and bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and master bath with custom marble shower and private toilet room with additional storage closet space. Each of the three guest bedrooms (one king and two with two twins each) are newly furnished and have new ceiling fans and ample closet space for your guests. One guest bath serves the main house and can also be accessed directly from the pool area and has a marble shower. The other bath serves two guest rooms, as well as the main house, and has a marble shower and tub.

The private office is separated from the great room by double French doors and has wide views of the pool and lanai. The large, private lot is professionally landscaped with vibrant flowering vegetation, lemon, lime, and orange trees and swaying palms.

In addition to all of this, Foxfire Golf & Country Club features 27 holes of Championship Golf designed by Arthur Hills as well as three Har-Tru tennis courts. Full golf or social membership to Foxfire can be transferred for a fee for rentals of over 30 days. The 2024 Master Plan Renovation is complete with new fitness center, outdoor seating and halfway house, bocce, grill room and outdoor dining area. We are only 10 minutes to the beaches, shopping and night life Olde Naples and Fifth Avenue. Come and live the good life while enjoying all that Naples has to offer.

Perfect for us

Wonderful neighborhood, nice house, yard and pool. Many extras you don't usually see. I took advantage of the golf option, and my wife and I loved the course and club.

Home away from home

We have rented this home for the past two winters, and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is well taken care of and extremely comfortable and livable! The owners could not be more accommodating or responsive. We would have been thrilled to have returned next season for our third year, but we purchased our own home within the same area. We will miss the property!

Outdoor living at its best

We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities that this home provided for outdoor living. Between the pool and the outdoor kitchen, we spent the vast majority of our stay outside. While any problems that we encountered were few and far between, we appreciated how quickly and easily they were resolved. Between the Pickleball at the nearby East Naples Park and the golf at Foxfire, we found ourselves very active, tired, and happy!

Beautifully Renovated Home in Naples

We recently returned from a wonderful 6 week vacation at this absolutely beautiful home in Naples, FL. The pictures do not do it justice! It was everything we could ask for and more. The furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the kitchen was to die for! The pool and Lanai area had an outdoor bar/kitchen/TV and was so relaxing, we never wanted to leave. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and had several orange trees that we made use of. The owners were a phone call away and were extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely home. Thank you, Sarah and Bob, for allowing us to rent your home and we hope to return again soon.

Fantastic Home!

Seven women from Ohio were playing in the US OPEN Pickleball Championships in Naples and looking for a place we could all share. Well, we found it! This home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms suited us wonderfully! The kitchen is well-equipped and the great room provides enough seating to relax. The outdoor lanai and pool area/bar are so inviting and beautiful. This place has it all. We all loved it and highly recommend it.

Fabulous property and wonderful owners

We had a wedding in Foxfire this past August, and I rented this home for several members of my family and me. My Aunt and Uncle live in the community and this home was perfect for us. The house is beautifully renovated, with no detail left untouched. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and the pool, with its fountains, and patio area were terrific. Sarah and her husband were available on the spot via phone for the very few questions that we had when we first arrived. I was so pleased with the experience, and I fully recommend a stay in this obviously well cared for, upgraded home. Thank you to the Keeleys and I look forward to renting your home again.

We have had a fabulous holiday and the villa played a major part. Family, Family, Family!!!

This home was the perfect place for our extended family to meet and spend a week together! The two master suites give plenty of space and privacy while the common areas and recreational spaces (pool, grill, outdoor kitchen/bar) gave ample room for gathering together! The gourmet kitchen has plenty of room for two cooks and is well stocked. Another, plus of staying in this house is the attentiveness of the owners. The home is very well maintained and the owners are easily accessible and responsive. I have stayed in other properties where there is such a long list of 'Don'ts' and hidden fees if you do, that I felt like I could not relax and enjoy the vacation. These owners have the attitude of wanting you to enjoy their home as much as they do and we did! This will be a home that will truly feel like home!

winter renters for two years

we loved this property as it was better than the description and the best we have ever had in over 10 years of winter rentals.we finally bought our own place,also in Foxfire, because of the location,friendly residents here,and amenities at the clubhouse.the owners were responsive to any concerns and we highly recommend this lovely home.best for two couples as it has two master suites,and two bedrooms with twins.

A wonderful place to stay!

We rented the house in the second week of October, just before the busy season. Everything you read in the description is exactly as promised. This house is beautiful and you can tell as soon as you walk through the door that the owners put a lot of thought into the design and decor. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect for us. Everything is high end - and there is absolutely everything you could possibly want or need. The pool area is spectacular with an outside granite bar/sink, bar stools and a gas grill. The pool bar area also has a television (along with at least 4 other televisions throughout the house) with full cable so that we didn't miss a single sporting event. Another nice convenience is that there is a supermarket, liquor store, Subway and Starbucks as well as a nice Italian restaurant all within a single strip mall less than 1/2 mile from the house. This made supply trips very quick and very easy. There is lots to do within a 10 minute radius. Restaurants, golf, drug stores, fishing and beaches were all very close. We loved this house and are planning to come back next year!

2nd Visit from New England

We just returned from our second stay at your home in three years and must say that the renovations are beautiful! The addition of the outdoor grill and bar to the pool area truly turn this into an outdoor living experience one looks forward to in Florida. The luxurious plantings, privacy of the property and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms make a stay at your home a resort like experience. We took advantage of dining at Campiello, Sushi-Tai and McCabes as well as the many shopping amenities Old Naples has to offer along with sunset walks on Naples beach and Pier. Being outdoor enthusiasts our adventures also included renting a boat in Everglades City, only a 30 minute drive away, to cruise out into the Ten Thousand Island National Wildlife Refuge. The waterway is well marked and wildlife such as manatees, dolphins and numerous birds abound. We also visited the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary where 650 year old bald cypress trees, aligators and numerous species of birds can be viewed from the access of a raised boardwalk. Of course some time was spent simply relaxing in the pool and enjoying the quiet of your home! We enthusiastically recommend it for anyone wanting to see the Naples and Everglades region while enjoying the comforts of a fine home!

Bob is retired and Sarah works part time as a Registered Dietitian. They love the convenience of Foxfire as the closest 27-hole golf community to Naples Pier, gulf beaches, 5th and 3rd avenue shopping and dining which are only three short miles away.

Why they chose this property

We chose Foxfire because of its first-class golf, tennis and clubhouse facility and close-proximity to Olde Naples and the beach. We have done many renovations and improvements since purchasing in 2009 to create a family friendly oasis. We take great care and have pride in our home and enjoy it throughout the year when we are not renting it.

Our home is on oversized private lot featuring cathedral ceilings, crown molding, marble and granite throughout the house. Large pool are with two fountains and an outdoor kitchen. Perfect for the golf and tennis enthusiast.
