I am sorry if there was a mix-up with the cleaners but there should have been at least 8 bath towels down there. I went down there after you checked out and there were 10 bath towels. I have also bought 10 more plus more wash-clothes and hand towels. Thank you for your stay.

Poor communication skills

The host failed to send out the check-in details within two days of purchase. When an agent was contacted about check-in details the host wasn't available and didn't reach out until 4 hours after check-in time.

I am sorry you chose to not stay at our place. As you can see on the VRBO messaging platform the check-in instructions were sent at 4:38pm, which I will admit is 38 minutes late and I do apologize, but was not 4 hours late as you are stating below. I always aim to send out check-in instructions the day of check-in after the cleaning crew has finished, unless otherwise requested by the guest in advance. I also e-mailed you, texted you, and tried to call you with no response to this day.
