We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO apartment! The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. The apartment itself, located over their garage, was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for my husband, me, and our three adult children. The owners were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. A special touch was the fresh bakery treats they kindly dropped off for us on the first morning—a delightful bonus! Highly recommend this place for a family stay.

Very cozy!

I stayed a few nights with my daughter so we could visit friends on the Island after visiting Manhattan. The location was perfect and having laundry facilities was awesome!!!

Perfect sweet place to stay in Glen Cove. All amenities of home are here. Owners are quick to answer any questions you may have and it comfortably fits 6 people. We have rented this place 2 times. Thanks Mike!

Cute little place for my husband and I to stay while we were on Long Island volunteering at the Ryder Cup. Our grandsons came to stay one night and they thought the attic room where they slept was fun. Kitchen and bathroom are up-to-date and very clean. Small washer/dryer allowed us pack less because we could do a load mid-week.Host checked in on us to see if we needed anything and even left pastries at the door the day we left!! Not glamorous, but comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Accommodations

Check-in process easy! The carriage apartment Is quaint, clean, parking on premises, electric stove, toaster oven, coffee machine, full functioning kitchen! Awesome place to stay and Glen Cove restaurants and parks abound! You will love staying here. We booked it for wedding planning at St. Rocco and for wedding accommodations in June 2025. Thanks Mike!

Hideaway apartment

This is a lovely property with an accommodating host/attached to their personal, family home. Super clean and a good setup for the 3 of us. My daughter graduated and she was able to spread out in the room upstairs. Coffee was provided (big deal to Ms. Coffee aholic). Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board in unit were SUPER handy. Plenty of parking.

Nice property

This property suited our short stay needs great if you are just sleeping there. No real place to sit and hang out other than the bed or futon in main living area. Would have been nice to have shower soap and shampoo. wash in shower.

Glen cove

The property manager was terrific. Really responsive and helpful. Property pics show it well. Well equipped. The road is very noisy- bring ear plugs. And so is the family in the main house, just normal young family clatter but walls are thin.

Short-notice respite!

We suddenly needed a place to stay between moves while the utilities companies sorted crowdstrike fallout. Mike's place provided a clean, comfortable escape in the midst of unexpected chaos, including a nice surprise of fresh pastries. The apartment shares a wall with the main house, so just note that if you are looking for total privacy. We'd go back!

Very clean. Host responded quickly.

The property was very clean and located close to the Brookville area. Large bathroom and towels and linen provided. Located off a main highway so expected it to be noisy with traffic. The king sized bed is on the main floor. The king sized frame should be sturdier or perhaps a new mattress? The second bedroom is upstairs and although it is advertised as a queen sized bed it is a full sized bed. Way too small for a larger adult. Needs more outdoor lighting for the steps you have to climb to enter the property at night. We couldn’t find the switch for the spotlights at the driveway by the exterior stairs. Also need informational signs inside-WiFi password, instructions, etc. Dishwasher wouldn’t turn on. But that wasn’t crucial during this trip. Overall, we were pleased with the cleanliness and location of the property.
