Discover the perfect blend of comfort and style in our charming 3BR home nestled in Davis, California. Unwind in the spacious bedrooms, enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and savor moments of relaxation in the inviting living area. Conveniently located near the university, parks, and Davis's vibrant downtown, our home provides a central hub for your adventures. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, our curated space promises a memorable stay in this cute college town.

There is ample space for up to 6 guests, with two queen beds and two twin beds set up in 3 bedrooms. Both the single-vanity and double-vanity full bathrooms have tubs and showers as well as basic amenities.

The kitchen is recently updated with plenty of storage and modern appliances. Please help yourself to any coffee, tea or treats! You'll find a cute dining space set up for 4, and an open plan living area separated by a built-in fire place.

We've built many happy memories in our first home, including welcoming our first child, and we look forward to helping you create memories of your own! We also have a big lemon tree in the backyard, so please help yourself to as many lemons as you like if they are in season!

Great Visit!

We had a great time at the Lemontree House! Location was perfect for visiting our daughter who is a student at UCDavis. Accommodations were great, clean, and spacious. Our hosts were quick to respond and provided a perfect spot for our family to gather. We discovered the nature trail behind the house and absolutely loved our walk! Thanks for a great stay-I hope we will be able to return soon.

We visited Davis, CA for a wedding and this property was perfect!! Great location and very pretty home with parking in back accurate to descriptions. So nice to have a lemon tree for the week (don’t get to see those back East). House was clean and cozy for the 6 of us. Property manager was very attentive with all of our questions. Great experience for our entire family.

Gem!

This spot is a gem! It's more spacious than it appears in the pictures, and was very comfortable for me, my husband, my brother, and our dog. The AC worked great (very helpful during a heat wave,) and the Wifi was easy to access. They also left snacks and treats for us and even our dog, which made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we came in. The neighborhood is also lovely. Safe and close to Safeway, with an awesome park just a few blocks away that was great for dogs. The only downside for us was that the mattresses on the beds were a bit firm, but that was a personal preference (and the sheets were fantastic, which made up for it.) Would highly recommend and stay there again if we find ourselves in the Davis area.
