This is a gorgeous area with trees and lake views abound! Amazing spot for a group of friends or a family.
There are 2 community pools, and the home is only 3 mins from Margaritaville Lake Resort.
*You can park 3 cars at the home. If you have more than 3, there is overflow parking at the pool.
*Must be able to walk up and down stairs!

This neighborhood is gorgeous. The homes are older and all unique. The views are to die for, and it's perfect for a stroll. In the summer, the whole neighborhood is a party! People on golf carts everywhere and everyone playing music, having a good time.
