Walk right out to your extra wide (180') and deep (700') wooded (2.3 acre) lot with plenty of privacy in this highly desired & quiet lakefront Torch Lake cottage. Now available for summer weekly rental. The home is modest in size but well laid out and sits very close to the shoreline. An expansive dock has a 16'x16' area at the end with a sectional sofa for relaxation and gatherings over the water. Two lightweight paddle boards and a kayak are available for guest use. You'll also find a hammock and two swings at each end of the property at the water’s edge. A fully stocked kitchen and other high end comforts are available throughout the cottage.
This home was rented for 4 years with a local property management company with nothing but high praises. Although not rented last year (2023), we have decided to make 2 weeks available in 2024 and 2025.

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, relaxing cottage on Torch Lake, with a fantastic view that made it easy to unwind. The beautiful water and stunning sunsets from the dock were highlights. Easy access to Dewitt’s boat rental was convenient. Even with some uncooperative weather, we were still able to enjoy time on the lake especially with the comfortable dock seating which made it easy to relax and take it all in. There is also a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating . The owner was communicative, welcoming, and generous, making us feel at home. He allowed us to use the kayaks, paddle boards, and staples from the cupboards or refrigerator, even offering us a double-smoked steak. The beds were comfortable with high-quality sheets and plush towels, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The reverse osmosis water system, and extra ice machine was a big plus. The kitchen is cozy and works best for one chef at a time.Overall, we would highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway on Torch Lake.
