Hot Tub - seats 7, w/LED lights, and waterfall, adjustable jets, very nice higher-end high tub (Bullfrog Spa Brand)

Kitchen - Stocked kitchen with the following amenities; stove, fridge, coffee maker & Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, blender, mixer, crock pot, dishes, granite, etc...

Large deck, with Weber gas grill, and patio set for 6.
Nice firepit with Polywood Adirondack chairs.
Backup Automatic Generator, so no concerns about any power outages.

Large circle driveway, so plenty of parking, you can park a boat with trailer if needed.
