3 Bedroom Townhome next to Cheat Lake / Sunset Beach Marina!

Visit our home at the lake! Located right next door to Sunset Beach Marina & Boat Launch, Lake House Restaurant, & Lakeview & Mountainview Golf Courses. Relax on one of three decks, enjoy the lake views, or cozy up in the warm & inviting indoor space.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Morgantown has to offer! We are within 15 minutes of WVU, Coopers Rock State Forest, Mon River Bike Trail, and shopping, restaurants, & bars.

Our home has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV's, grill, & patio. King & Queen bedrooms each have their own private deck!

For additional bed space, there is a queen air mattress and pack n play.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles max. No street parking. If you are bringing a boat, contact Sunset Beach Marina or Edgewater Marina for a land or water slip & trailer parking.

While you're in town, check out all that Morgantown has to offer! Coopers Rock State Forest, Cheat Lake Park, WVU, Mountaineer Field, WVU Coliseum, WVU Core Arboretum, WVU Outdoor Education Center, Dorsey's Knob Park, Spark! Cheat Lake location

Property was fantastic for a last-minute trip to Morgantown to meet friends and family. Everything was as listed in the property description, and we found it a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay.
