Runnemede is a nice small town right outside of Philadelphia. The property is only a 16 minute drive to Center City Philadelphia.
What makes this property unique
This building was a doctors office and residence. I bought it and converted it into 2 residences. It has great architecture. And who doesn't love a well built brick building?
