We're a couple living in Charleston who renovated this cottage! We love to travel ourselves and know the feeling of finding and staying in a place with character and charm. It was a ton of work but we're happy with the results! Hopefully you enjoy it too.
Why they chose this property
Woodland Shores is a sweet, little street with warm neighbors in cottage homes. Located very close to the best of James Island (Crust Pizza, Pour House, Zero George, etc), we're thrilled to be a part of this community!
What makes this property unique
We spent 2 years carefully removing and refinishing original beadboard, oak beams, original siding and windows, original antique heart pine flooring etc etc so that, when placed back into the home, we were able to retain all the character of a 1937 home — while still upgrading the furniture, finishes and fixtures. They truly don't make homes like they used to!
