This 2 years new, impeccably built townhome in Skye Ranch community offers an open floor plan on the main level and is well appointed for your enjoyment.

The living area offers the comforts of a large flat screen smart tv, cozy sectional sofa and reclining chair. There is a sofa sleeper in the sectional for added sleeping accommodations. A large glass sliding door opens up to the outdoor patio.

The kitchen boasts a beautiful quartz island with four barstools, stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry. The kitchen provides a stylish and functional space for enjoying a quick snack or preparing a culinary spread.

The townhome community offers 2 pools with lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabana area for enjoying the Florida sun.

The second level has the private space of three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king sized adjustable bed, walk-in closet, flat screen smart tv and an en-suite bathroom complete with glass walk-in shower, dual shower heads and vanity with two sinks. The second guest room has a queen size, adjustable bed and flat screen smart tv, while the third guest room has a queen size bed and flat screen smart tv, both with dressers and closets for ample storage space. A shared bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the second floor accommodations.

Convenience meets functionality with full sized washer and dryer located in the second floor hallway. There is bonus space with a desk and chair should you need have a quiet place to work.

One car garage and opener is available for your use along with driveway parking and visitor parking.

Home was clean and neat. Location was close to Siesta Key and convenient to I-75 which made travel to Ft. Myers & Dunedin easy. Pool area was nice and not crowded.

Kelly is a fabulous host. Her house is immaculate and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We have family that reside in the community so it was nice that they were able to pop over in their golf cart. Will definitely be staying here again (if we don’t purchase in Sarasota before then )

Excellent Townhouse

We were very impressed with this property. It was fully stocked with everything to stay comfortably. The property was very clean, and the location was easy to access many amenities. We would highly recommend staying here. Kelly was very receptive and available.

Excellent vacation

This townhouse was the perfect set up for the four of us. It had 2 community pools within walking distance of the townhouse. Short drive to Siesta beach and to other stores needed. I give Kelly 5 star because she is very good at communicating and the townhouse was equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and utensils. I will be definitely staying with her again when we are down this way. Thank you Kelly for the great transitional rental booking process.

We were a little disappointed when we entered the townhome because the washer excuse me the dryer was running, and there were wet towels hanging over the edge of the stairway and two chairs at the top of the stairway. In addition when we went to open our bed that first night, we discovered that there were no top sheets on the bed. We looked around and couldn’t find any additional ones. Later that day we received an email from Kelly telling us that the linens were going to be delivered you later that day or the next day they did arrive and who was attentive to getting that done, but it was again. It was disappointing because it wasn’t as it should’ve been when we arrived. Additionally, the townhome is listed as new when in reality it is three years or so old that wasn’t a big deal, but it’s not truth and advertising. We had additional problems with the dryer, not drying the clothes properly which Kelly was attentive to getting somebody look at it but it took several days to get that done which means we couldn’t use the laundry facility. We discovered that the vent was plugged in after waiting for half the day for the people to take care of it. The young man went up on the roof and cut the plugged screen off of the vent, and then the dryer worked. There is a additional problem with the plumbing, but it was all taken care of and now the unit probably will be great for additional renters. As far as cleanliness and attentiveness. I think Kelly did a good job. I was a little disapp

10/10 what a wonderful home

This house was absolutely stunning! Every single detail. It was about 20 minutes from everything including downtown Sarasota, university plaza with tons of dinner options, and 25 from siesta key beach! Easy check in process, laundry on site, perfect for a family of 6 with plenty of room.

Florida Vacation

We had planned to do a motel stay for a week near Sarasota, but decided to look at VRBO based on a friend's suggestion. This was our first VRBO, so a bit apprehensive. This property location was ideal for our planned schedule and was well priced. Just the two of us, we had more than enough room and were very happy with the layout. A great kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Grocery nearby. But, you have to be a "streamer" to watch tv; no cable or ota connection for basic viewing.

Great house!!

Very nice home. Very nice location. Loved all the extra perks throughout the house. So very nice that you supply every day products we might need just in case we forgot something from home. We would definitely stay there again if vacationing in the area.One note for Skye Ranch management. We went and enjoyed the pool a few times, it was wonderful yet the bathrooms needed some attention…. not accessible.

Skye Ranch Townhome

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home fit our family perfectly and was stocked with everything we needed—and more. It really stood out that the owners went beyond the bare minimum you often find with rentals; the little extras made a big difference. The house was very clean, had plenty of towels, and even included toiletries and beach gear, which was a nice surprise. While it didn’t have its own pool, there were two pools just a short walk away, so that wasn’t an issue at all. It's located in Skye Ranch, which is a beautiful area, but just note that you don’t have access to the gated community amenities (The Hub). We did have a small hiccup with the keyless entry, but the owner was incredibly responsive and helped us resolve it quickly. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we’d absolutely come back!

Sarasota townhouse

Place was as described. New townhouse. All essentials to or kitchen were fantastic. The owner was quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. The pools were nicely heated. I would give 5 stars. Street is crowded with cars,that is the drawback. Not sure why the even call it a garage, no cars can fit in it. Weird feature. Any way. 25-30 min to everything. Stayed the month of March. Just crowded because of the snow birds.
