The Primary bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers additional sleeping accommodations with a Full-size bed with a twin trundle. Need extra space for guests? The brand-new Queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy meals together at the dining room table, which will be provided soon, and add a touch of art to the walls to enhance the ambiance.

Cool off in our zero-entry pool with a splash zone, perfect for families and sun-seekers alike. Relax and unwind in the hot tub, or take advantage of pool area restrooms for added convenience. Gather with friends and family at our grilling area for a delightful cookout.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Perfect Location. Perfect Space.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Glass 406. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Incredibly easy access to the beach and pool. The AC actually got to the temperature we set it at! The bed in the master bedroom is ELITE! Seriously, we never sleep well away from home but that bed is mega comfy. Sea Glass 406 is the perfect space, in a perfect location. We can’t wait to come back!

Great property and location.

The property was perfect and the location is great. Check in/out from my phone was extremly easy and only took a second. We enjoyed the large balcony and view; dolphin pods were out every morning for us to watch. I really liked the layout of the property; having 2 sinks and vanity beside the master bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a half bath was really nice for a family to have plenty of bathroom space for getting ready. A store across the street was really convenient for most anything we needed without having to get in the car and go to a grocery store. I would definitely enjoy staying at this property again.

Great location and CLEAN!

We had such a great vacation and stay at this property. It’s literally steps to the beach. I’m really particular with cleanliness, and when I tell you this place was clean, it was CLEAN! Even inside of the dresser drawers were clean. There was a cleaning crew constantly cleaning up the common areas and they were so friendly. Even the outdoor trash cans had clean push flaps (not sure what to call that!) The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. An unexpected bonus was a quaint little grocery store directly across the street. I thought we would need to make a grocery run mid-week, but we were able to get the few things we needed without having to drive anywhere. We were also able to walk down the beach to a nice restaurant. I will book again at this same condo.

Ok, but...

The property is in a good location. It was advertised as newly built. While it was fine overall, it is not what I would consider newly built. When we walked in, we were greeted by the strong odor or someone having smoked there. The mgmt group sent someone to treat it but it did nothing to alleviate the smell so we dealt with it. It is a non-smoking property and we have had no communication since. I fully expected some form or refund. They tried to deliver a refrigerator unannounced while we were there. In the end, the company making the delivery cancelled but we were told they may come back. The 2nd bedroom is exactly that. A room with a bed, no dresser, no closet, no place for anything. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and will go back to GS again but we will chose another condo. Not bad but not stellar.
