The surrounding sights, sounds, and sensations of nature are unforgettable from this McCormick Woods home nestled in a premier golf and lifestyle community. You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the trails, parks, wildlife habitats, or the McCormick Woods Clubhouse.

Enjoy walking into a sparkling clean home setup for comfortable extended stays, including high-speed internet, dedicated office space, 60' HDTV, gas fireplace, outdoor dining, a waterfall, and a two-car garage.

The master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed, has excellent separation from the other three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed that can serve as a private office.

The great room includes a breakfast nook and a family room with comfortable seating, skylights, a fireplace, and a 60' HDTV. The kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and tableware. The formal dining room seats eight, and the formal living room has two couches with a backyard view. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. A covered deck with barbeque and an eating area open into the backyard with a view of a waterfall against a lightly forested backdrop. Deer are frequent visitors that add enjoyment to the natural setting.

Covered parking is available in a two-car garage, and free off-street parking in the driveway. Walk, bike, drive, or take a ferry. Easy access to Route 16 and Washington State Ferries allows simple commutes to and from Port Orchard.

AWESOME HOUSE

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family and I had a wonderful visit in the comfort of this home which was very roomy and perfect. We were sorry we didn’t get to enjoy any of the things the outdoor area had to offer due to a lot of rain but will definately try to stay at this property again😊

WA get away

Convient location, nice neighborhood and quiet location. It was warm during our stay, no AC which made daytime a little warm although things cooled down in the evening and night time. Ultimately, we had a nice time and will return in the future

Plenty of everything

This house offered many amenities. Seemingly unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent. We had a great stay. Be sure to note that there is no air conditioning, but plenty of fans to compensate. Being a former Seattle native we knew this was common, but should be more prevalent to guests coming from out of state that are use to it as a gold standard. Overall you will fully enjoy your stay; from the deer in the back yard to the water feature... the home was wonderful.

Very Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The 4 bedrooms were perfect so each of us could have our own room. The house could have had more cable channels other than basic cable. We were in town for a golf tournament and would have enjoyed watching the PGA Championship but were unable too. We were unable to get the washing machine to work but that could have been an error on our part. All in all I would stay at this property again. Thank you

The Perfect Family Reunion at McCormick Woods - Port Orchard, WA

The pictures on the web site do not do this home justice. This gorgeous home was the best possible choice for our family reunion last August. Stunning is the word that describes the property and neighborhood of this impeccably cared for executive home. We did not play golf but enjoyed the clubhouse and our daily walks through the park setting. Our best memories however are in the beautiful kitchen and enjoying the barbecue under the covered patio overlooking the waterfall. My mom got so excited when the wildlife came into view. Dad was totally at home with the large HDTV and recliner. Our nephew found the YMCA nearby and proclaimed it better than the gym at home. The house itself was well stocked, immaculate and in perfect working order. Lorraine and Virgil were the perfect hosts. The transaction process was easy, fast and flawless.

Family gathering in Port Orchard

Beautiful home in very nice quiet neighborhood near commercial ammenities. Home needs the following maintence - screen doors from living room to patio inoperable, same with front door. This made it very difficult during record heat to keep air circulating. Smoke detector from kitchen to hallway missing. Kitchen stove left front burner inoperable. Patio Gas stove missing and should be replaced. Two kitchen ceiling lights out. Absent these items, home would have received 5 stars.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful area of Washington State

When we originally booked this property, it was for a weekend in February. When we needed to reschedule, Lorraine was very accommodating and let us switch weekends with no penalty. We only needed to pay the difference in price between the original weekend and the new weekend. Lorraine was also very quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful weekend staying at this home. The house is large and very well-kept, with plenty of room for four adults. The home is well situated in a quiet neighborhood of Port Orchard. You can walk around the waterfront of Port Orchard and hop a walk-on ferry to Bremerton. If you don't mind driving, it's a little more than an hour drive to Port Townsend which is a wonderful town to walk around, or less than a 30 minute drive to Bremerton, where you can either walk around the waterfront, or hop on a ferry to Seattle. If we should stay in this area again, I would definitely stay i this house and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this area of Washington.

This house and location is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out relax.

Owners of this property are great communicators and help with any needs you may have. Absolutely beautiful location, easy access from highway. Grocery shopping, gas station near by. Minutes drive to Port Orchard waterway. 15, 20 minute drive to Gig Harbor. We marked this house as a place we would definitely rent again when in area. We highly recommend!! Great property and very roomy and accommodating for our needs. Great location and restaurants near by with access to freeway as well. Not close to water but within a short drive. 20 min from Gig Harbor 15 min from old town and harbor of Port Orange.

The furnace was loud in the front BR and flat pillows. Need new ones. The recliners on the sofas were broke except for one. House was cold and dark when we arrived at night when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. The water heater was poor and finally quit working. Cold showers are the pits in the winter.

Great Port Orchard location

The Kells house in Port Orchard, WA is at the top of the list of beautiful homes, in beautiful neighborhoods, to stay. We enjoyed walking every day & enjoyed the water feature as we read & relaxed. The kitchen in fully supplied. We are particularly fond of the master bath with its walk in shower.
