This quiet neighborhood home is just 10 minutes from historic downtown, Wilmington and beautiful Wrightsville beach with easy access just miles from I-40, with great local shopping and restaurants. The house is completely renovated and extremely clean, with new floors and paint . Three spacious bedrooms with new beds, Roku tvs, ceiling fans and ample closet space in each. Hallway washer and dryer. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher as well as a stovetop with oven, microwave , toaster, keurig coffee maker and fully functioning refrigerator with freezer. Dedicated workspace for computer with wireless Wi-Fi. Fenced in backyard with canopy covered patio, with seating and cornhole. Private driveway with well lit walkway to the enclosed, wraparound, covered front porch with swing.
