Why they chose this property

Downtown Wilmington in the Soda Pop District being able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, music venues, etc. the neighborhood is lively and safe. And just a block away from a community gym, YMCA pool ($4 for adults and $2 for kids) and free tennis and pickle ball courts.

Pls note - we are on a regular schedule with the exterminator. However, our coastal climate lends itself to it being normal to sometimes see roaches/palmetto bugs. If you do see something, pls let me know so I can call for an off-schedule treatment. Seeing normal bugs native to this climate is not a reason for cancellation or refund.
