Top floor two bath one bedroom unit sleeps up to four comfortably. Full kitchen, open floor plan for living and dining area. Bedroom has a king bed and in suite bathroom. Condo also has a queen sleeper sofa.
Large private lanai that hosts views of the Jolly Bridge and village surrounding the harbor. Great to sit and enjoy sunrises, passing yachts and boats alike!
Located in the waterfront Riverside Club which boasts two community heated pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, BBQ area, tennis and pickleball courts.
Walking distance to many restaurants - including the world famous Snook Inn, shopping, boat/bike rentals, fishing pier, and entertainment venues.
Includes a designated covered parking spot!
