Cozy and well-located one bedroom apartment in Reyjavik on the ground floor.

Within 5 minute walking distance you can find bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery
and ice cream store.
10 minute drive to city center.

The space :
Newly renovated apartment. The decor is scandinavian and comfortable.
The apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm), one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a good cooking area in the kitchen stocked with everything you may need and a nice living room with TV.

Guest access :
Guests have access to the whole space. The house is family-friendly. There is a patio available to guests and people who live in the house.

Please do not party or smoke in my home, this is a quiet family area.

Perfect trip

This was our first trip to Iceland and stayed 6 nights. Close enough to do everything we wanted to with a rental car. Apartment is cozy, quiet, and clean and perfect for the two of us.

Everything you need!

Sóley's place is perfectly located if you're planning to rent a car for day trips in the Reykjavik area. Parking was easy and the home is lovely, spotless, and has everything you need. Sóley made space in the cupboards and bathroom for our things and the directions were clear and helpful. We loved our time in Iceland, and having a cozy and nice home made all the difference.

Amazing little apartment

Very cute and cozy apartment about a 10min drive to downtown. Sóley was amazing with communication! When I come back to Iceland I will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed having Sóley and Alfreð’s apartment as our home base in Reykjavik! With how expensive eating out can be in Iceland, this apartment was fully stocked with all the equipment needed to cook at home, which we often did during our stay here. The apartment was incredibly clean upon arrival, very spacious, and very quiet. Sóley provided check-in instructions in a very timely and clear manner, as well as the expectations (not that many!) for check-out. Both hosts provided their contact information in order to be readily available for questions. We loved how close the apartment was to a local grocery store and bakery (walkable distance!) and was less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Reykjavik, with very easy access to the highways leading elsewhere. Thank you Sóley and Alfreð for providing a lovely place to rest each day, after exploring your incredible country!

Great place for exploring Iceland in 3-4 days

The location was perfect for accessing the Blue Lagoon, South Coast, Golden Circle and downtown Reykjavik. This was a quiet suburban location with quick access to the main roads leading into and out of the city. About a 40 minute drive from the KEF airport. Apartment was clean and well-stocked with grocery stores nearby (walkable if you choose). Excellent communication with the owners from booking throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
