Beautiful 5BR/4.5BA luxury home located in Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes is an award winning outdoor-oriented luxury resort full of southern charm and family fun. Our home is a short walk to the pristine private beach, 3 golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts and lagoon activities.

Our home is located in a private cul de sac and is only accessible through security check points. Our location is perfect for your memorable beach vacation. Our beach access is only a short 5-6 minute walk away and is only available to guests of Palmetto Dunes. From the beach, there is access to The Dunes House and the Buoy Bar at the Omni Hotel for lunch, snacks, or drinks.

Our beautiful beach house has the comforts of home. The spacious, vaulted ceiling living room offers comfortable large leather sofas, chairs, and a flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player. The eat-in kitchen area opens up to the living room. There are 3 bar stools at the island and there is seating for 6 at the dining table. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, waffle iron, dishes, cutlery, beverage and wine glasses, and much more. Also, there is a separate dining room with additional seating for 6.

There are a total of five bedrooms in our home which are ideal for a multi-family or golf vacation. The master suite is located on the main floor. It offers a King size bed, sitting area, a flat screen TV, a large private bathroom with double sinks, a walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. The second floor offers 4 bedrooms. First, is a second suite with a King size bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds and a flat screen tv. The fifth bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds. These last 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom. All sheets, linens, and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The house has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use.

Also, there is a two-car garage. The garage has a 2nd refrigerator and holds beach chairs and beach toys for our guest's enjoyment.

Our home has a private backyard with a lovely patio surrounding our heatable pool and adjoining spa. The patio provides a table and chairs for dining and chaise lounges for relaxing by the pool. We have an outdoor deck with seating and a gas grill. Also, you can relax in the spacious screened-in porch located off the kitchen dining area. The porch wraps around the side of the house and overlooks the pool and spa area.

Palmetto Dunes amenities are among the finest on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Outfitters, a two-minute drive away, offers bicycles for rent as well as canoes, kayaks, and fishing gear for those wanting to explore Palmetto Dunes' 11 mile lagoon. This is located right across from the Pametto Dunes General Store. Just a short bike or car ride away is Sheltor Cove Marina and its extradinary Mediterranean style marketplace full of shopping and dining options. On Tuesday evenings during the summer months, Shelter Cove presents a spectacular firework display over the marina. Also, next to Sheltor Cove is the brand new Mega-Kroger and Whole Foods. The grocery shopping could not be any more convenient for our Palmetto Dunes guests.

The property was beautiful! The house was exactly as pictured and very spacious. The pool area was clean and a relaxing place after a morning at the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. And Robin communicated promptly on all matters. Overall it was a great experience!

Terrific rental in a great location!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! There were eight of us staying at the house and we had more than enough space. The location was convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, & shops on the island. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to large families visiting HHI!

This was the perfect location for our family of six adults and four small children. The house is roomy, beautifully decorated and has many excellent features. We all felt comfortable in this home-like setting. The beach access is reasonable and the on-site pool is perfect when you want a more protected from the sun environment.

Lovely home, great location

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and our first time in Hilton Head. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 4 children ages 5 and under. Renting bikes at the Outfitters is the way to go! The neighborhood is excellent for long, leisurely bike rides. Nice kayaking on the river, too.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults. It is well maintained, was clean, had plenty of beach chairs and toys and all the kitchen accommodations one can need. It has ample space and is an easy walk to the beach and in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. The hosts are very responsive to questions and we will return again.

Clean, well kept and spacious home with nice pool and spa!

Great location except a little bit farther walk to beach than we thought, took 10 mins with kids and pulling wagons but not bad. House was perfect for our family of 11! The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings! Loved riding bikes in Palmento Dunes, playing pickleball and grabbing snacks at the General store, everything is close by!

We had a lovely week in Palmetto Dunes. The owners were very responsive. Beach was a nice walk or a short bike ride. There’s a bike rental in walking distance. They had lots of beach toys and plenty of beach towels at the house.

Wonderful for Ontario March break

This was a great home--it had a very well equipped kitchen, it's in a great location convenient to anywhere on the island, extremely quiet (we could see cars driving right past the house when we were in the living room, but could not hear anything!), in an extremely safe gated community. The owners were a pleasure to deal with--questions got a quick reply and check-in was a breeze. We are hoping to stay next winter as well, but for a longer time!!

Overall very good week at this property. Only issues were with pool/jacuzzi operation that owner responded to very quickly and "twin" beds were very small. All of our grandkids had a great time - walk to beach was enjoyable - great location for bike rides - fishing in the lagoons, m etc.

Great Stay

Had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday; the location was very quiet and only a few blocks from the beach walking or biking. Even though it was cool out, the kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every night. We have 6 kids, so it was great to have so many bedrooms for them to split out between. The property manager is excellent in terms of responsiveness and answering any questions. Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay for families; highly recommend it.

Our vacation home is ideal for your family vacation. It is located in Palmetto Dunes with a short walk to the beach.. Our private backyard has a deck and patio surrounding our pool and spa area. This is a wonderful spot for spending the afternoon relaxing or serving up cocktails for “happy hour". We provide a gas grill for your days dining in or if you choose to dine out, we are located near many fabulous restaurants. Also, our home is within walking distance to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. This is great for morning walks to grab breakfast and coffee before enjoying the beach or an afternoon of golf. Our vacation home is a "home away from home". We offer private bedrooms and bathrooms provided with linens and towels. We provide a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs and we have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a private pool and spa for relaxing and enjoying your vacation time. Also, only minutes away is the beach for walking, running, biking, or just spending the afternoon enjoying the sun. We are close to golf courses, tennis courts and island shopping. Whatever you enjoy doing on your vacation, this home is a great place to spend each day!
