We had an excellent stay at Brian’s condo. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Great little kitchen with top level appliances and everything necessary for any/all cooking needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and everyone slept well on the beds. The living room was comfortable, great for four people to hang, listen to music or watch movies. The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean, albeit a narrow view. Location couldn’t be better, literally on the beach and yet a very short walk to town - restaurants, coffee places and all the expected beach town places. The owners were welcoming and terrific communicators. They spelled things out for us beautifully and answered all our questions. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded. Water was warm and inviting. Jellyfish … not so much, but they only hung around for one day. Overall a great trip and a condo that felt like home. Thanks, Brian.

Fantastic location ! The walk to the beach is as described- steps. The property gives you everything you need whether you are cooking in or enjoying the many dining options in walking distance. Mini golf was just up the block too. We didn't have time to enjoy the board games, but books and games are also available. All communication was easy and accurate. Highly recommend !

Clean and close the the beach!

This place is great. Walk on access and easy parking. When we got here we realized that is e had stayed not only in this building, but this exact unit about 5 years prior. It was clean then as well and it had been upgraded.

Fabulous location and excellent property

We had such a good time at the condo. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we could want. The beds were so comfortable! There were games, books to read and a fabulous speaker. We enjoyed the location—walking distance from everything and truly steps to the beach. Loved having coffee or drinks on the deck after a day at the beach. We’d love to come back again. You are fabulous hosts!

Perfect long weekend

This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The finishing are updated, well done, and attractive. Of course for us is was all about the proximity to the sand, which couldn’t be beat. The neighbors were all really nice, too. A full week would be tough for us without a washer/dryer and the small attached outdoor area, but for our 4 nights it was perfect. The owners are thoughtful and great hosts.

Perfect location and access to the beach

Wonderful condo. It was clean, modern and updated! Being right on the beach was so important with a toddler! Location could not have been better with direct beach access and beach view and being right in the heart of Dewey. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Outdoor shower was great to rinse my daughter off after the beach. Grill area was never occupied! Only negative thing I can say is that one of the beds was very hard and uncomfortable but it would not deter me from staying here again!! Loved it. Will be back

We loved every moment of our stay. So close to the beach, perfect deck with view of beach. It had everything, parking outdoor shower, bluetooth speaker, and lots of cleaning products. We loved that it was basically stocked like our kitchen because we cooked every day. We will certainly be back! Thank you so much!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is the second time we stayed at Rehoboth by the Sea. It was just as clean and convenient as our first time and they put in a new kitchen! Owners are great; they get back to you right away. Love the location. It was perfect for my husband and I.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved staying here last week, and are already thinking about trying to book a week for next summer! The location was perfect - right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The property was very clean and had great amenities in terms of TV's in every room, a recently updated kitchen, ample closet space, and a great balcony with a nice side view of the ocean. The owners provided all of the necessary information up front for what we'd need to know, and checking in and out was a breeze. It was generally pretty quiet as well which was nice when it came time for our daughter's bedtime, but there was some construction happening a block over during the day - we spent our days at the beach so it wasn't an issue, but may have been annoying if someone was working from the condo or trying to take a mid-day nap. Overall, absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!

Another amazing stay

We had another amazing stay at the condo. Amazing location and the updated kitchen is great. The owners were very responsive and have stocked the condo with lots of cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer.
