This tiny house has an upgraded bathroom with designer tile in the shower, glass shower doors and a wood vanity with stone countertops. The Ohana Bungalow is one of only 2 cottages with French doors leading to an outdoor porch that faces Alpine Avenue, which is a pedestrian-friendly street redeveloped by the City of McMinnville for periodic festivals and entertainment events. The private deck is directly across from a very large, new mural painted by a prominent Portland Artist, with vibrant, rich colors.
