Newly remodeled condo located in N. Hutchinson Isld. Wake up to the beautiful views & soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. New kitchen, stainless appliances & quartzite countertops. Primary bedroom with king bed, 50`` TV, & balcony. Guest bedroom sleeps 4. Pull-out sofa bed in living room for 2. W/D in unit. Open concept with great integration throughout. Cable, water, & internet included. Tennis, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, car wash stations, & BBQ area. 3 month minimum. 5 min to FT Pierce.
Condo Approval Required with all Application and $150 Fee payable to management company directly, plus backroung check fee for all applicants above the age of 18+ year (fee varies by country of residence) and $50 processing fee by third party processor. Building does not allow pets with the exception of service or emotional support animals.
