Escape to our newly renovated apartment for 4 guests in the heart of Old Nice. Enjoy modern comfort (air conditioning, Wi-Fi) and historic charm, just a 5-minute walk from the Cours Saleya, the beach, and all amenities.

Perfect for families and friends, this unique space offers an authentic Niçoise experience with its high ceilings and close proximity to the best restaurants and shops. A perfect base for exploring the French Riviera.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
1- A large bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 cm) and a TV.
2- A mezzanine with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a King-size bed.
3- A sofa bed in the living room.

• Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

• Bathroom:
A spacious bathroom awaits you with double sinks, a large shower, and a built-in washing machine.

• Amenities:
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and unwind with our Sonos sound system.

• For families:
We provide a baby crib, as well as children’s books, toys, and kids’ tableware.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy and comfort.

Fantastic location. Easily sleeps 4 or more.

Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws .
